Vibration Plate on Improved Health

Vibration Plate on Improved Health

I have such positive things to say about this subject that I have tossed around a good starting point. How about I start at my beginning. I first learned of a vibration plate from another YouTube influencer who was sharing how he learned of it and his first experience with the use of one. He is a man who was I believe nearly 700lbs. He was a recluse, lived in his home in Alaska and hadn’t left in years. He was basically bedbound and literally dying. He came upon some godly people who taught a lifestyle including a way of eating that he was able to apply the principals and saw great healing and weight loss. He was losing weight so rapidly his body wasn’t able to unload the toxins as fast as he needed. He found himself in a rather frightening situation sending him to the ER for care. I recall he had been back and forth a few times before they were able to find out the actual problem and help him. He was then introduced to a vibration plate. His first time using it, while in intense pain, he says he was rid of a considerable amount of pain upon his first use. I was sold on it. I bought one and my story goes….

Upon buying my vibration plate, which by the way I purchase at an auction site online. I plugged it in and never used it, for months. My grandkids did though, as a toy. I had long time suffering with leg pain.To describe my issues, I would say that I had severe restless legs at night. I had at times intense cramps in the middle of the day but worse at night. When I’d get leg cramps at night, they were so bad, they’d shoot me out of bed and then I’d have soreness in the same way a bruise feels but no sign of a bruise. A separate and second issue was going from sitting to standing, just at first. When I’d sit at length and stand to walk, I’d not be very steady and I’d have to stay still until I was balanced and stable. Then I’d walk with a heavy gait. Is there a diagnosis for that? Maybe, but I didn’t go find out. Not knowing exactly what was wrong was likely, to my disadvantage but I couldn’t imagine what could be done beside surgery or pills. Those weren’t an option for me, so I opted out. I also shared the same lifestyle diet protocol as the man mentioned in the beginning of my story. I found things turned around for me and some things even resolved as issues.

I’d say it was maybe 3-4 months before I officially remembered I owned the vibration plate, and then put it to use. I was suffering with intense leg pain one day. I was realizing that at night I would literally lay there, rolling my legs back and forth so as to cause some vibration to them. That went on for I’d say weeks by this point. As I reached my epiphany I audibly said “ah ha” got up from my desk and got on the vibration plate. I put in on and stood there. Unlike the man in my story, I didn’t have instant relief that was dramatically noticeable but I could tell I’d like this a lot. So, I continued using it. I knew that the man in this story was unable to stand on his plate so he used it sitting down and he reported that he still received great benefits from it, so I thought I could to. To that I carried it to my couch, plugged it in and sat down. I played with the settings on it; I cranked it up to its highest vibration setting and set my feet to use it in a sitting position. Oh, how I liked that. I mean I truly did. I used it every day for months and months. I noticed on days I didn’t use it I instantly noticed a difference in my restless legs at night.

This thing really worked.  I came to learn how it helped so much that I was walking better and for longer. I wasn’t in the pain I was experiencing while I stood for longer periods of time. I noticed this and I couldn’t brag about this plate enough. I also discovered something else. When I overate one night, I don’t know what it was that prompted me to think of it but I got on the vibration plate, this time standing up instead of seated and I stood there for 20 minutes while doing some stretches mostly to stretch the abdomen. I reached up high and out to the sides and by the time I was done and climbed off of the plate, I wasn’t uncomfortable any longer. I have done it several times since and it worked each time.

So that’s my personal experience along with the experience of a first-time user of his vibration plate and I feel that it is well worth buying and using. However, having said that, I will now share what studies have found. We usually tend to trust more when a study or two are included in something we want to introduce into our lives. Before I get into the studies, as I was gathering facts to share for this blog.

A physical therapist who did her own studies with her patients and shared that the vibration plate helps with lymphedema, lipedema as it helps by vibrating at different speeds and traveling throughout the whole body. When your muscles engage, making quick repeated contractions while on this plate that is a positive for our lymph system. It may be beneficial by helping circulation and bone density as well as facilitating lymphatic drainage. Like the guy in this story whose lymph wasn’t draining properly as it was all bound and unable to move as quickly as he needed and it cause him intense pain and discomfort. Additionally, the plate may improve lymphatic flow possibly increasing blood flow in the cardiovascular system. A study that was done, after 12 weeks it was reported that balance improved but so did blood pressure.

***Though now is where I spend a minute discussing the disclaimers that the vibration plate may not be for everyone and for those seeking to find out if it’s right for them, you should discuss with your doctor the benefits of a vibration plate.

“But caution is advised for those with tumors, blood clots, recent fractures, or heart failure. “***
